Precision casting of flange

The flange is manufactured by the precision casting method, which is much finer than the ordinary sand mold casting method. The quality is greatly improved, and it is unlikely to have problems such as loose structure and porosity.

For flanges, the quality of the product itself is very important. Without special production equipment and technology that meet the standards, the quality cannot be maintained and high-quality products cannot be produced. Flanges are no exception.

Check the internal quality of the flange itself. This is a quality condition that cannot be found by the visual quality check. This includes checking the internal properties of large-diameter flanges and the mechanical properties of flanges. Chemical composition analysis is also required for main components and large flanges.
