If it is the problem of size and sealing surface, the production department is required to re produce a batch of flanges according to the standard to make up for the customer; If there is a problem with the mark, ask the customer to send the forged flange with wrong mark to the factory for re marking. If there is a problem with the raw materials themselves, instruct the relevant person in charge of the procurement department to communicate and negotiate with the raw material suppliers, re provide a batch of qualified raw materials, and re deliver the qualified flanges to the customer's warehouse as soon as possible. After handling the customer complaints, the purchasing department, the sales department and the production department shall study and analyze the customer complaints every time and sort them out to avoid the same problem.
